Assessment Policy

100% passing score required per BPC §7583.7. All modules include inline section check-ins, a module quiz before advancing, and a final BSIS written exam. 3 exam attempts included per enrollment. Re-enrollment required after 3 failed attempts.

Session & Timer Policy

Each course includes a session timer (1 hour per credit hour). A 10-minute idle warning appears after inactivity. Sessions lock after 15 minutes of no interaction. Progress is saved per module.

Certificates & Records

Certificates are issued upon passing and include your name, date, course, and PPO #122729 as required by Title 16 CCR §643(b). Lost certificate? Contact MACCESS INC. — all student records are retained on file.
